Recycling

In some cases, if you are disposing of heavy items such as shingles, you will reach the weight limitation of the dumpster bin before you fill it. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the disposal bin is not overloaded. The Disposal Bin Delivery Process

Delivery of Your Bin
Our trained and experienced drivers will deliver your rental to your location and will carefully lower the disposal bin to the ground. In order to protect your driveway, our driver will put wide wood planks down first, so that the minibin does not come into direct contact with the surface.
In order to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery, we would recommend that you inspect the area you want the bin to be delivered to. There needs to be enough width and height for the truck to back up and lift the disposal bin off the back. As a rule of thumb, we should have 12 feet in both width and height (no overhanging branches below this height). Most driveways are much wider and higher than this, so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. If you aren’t sure, send us a photo when booking!
You Load at Your Leisure
You have up to 7 days of rental time to load your waste into the bin. If you need more time, just let us know as soon as possible. Ideally for bigger jobs, the initial booking for your dumpster should be made for the expected duration of the job. Remember to not load hazardous waste into the dumpster! Your disposal bin cannot be loaded any higher than the top of the walls - no heaping.
We Pick it Up
On the scheduled date of pickup, your driver will return and safely lift your loaded dumpster onto the truck. If there is any small debris that fell beneath during the bin rental, the driver will sweep it up. To help the driver complete the pickup safely and efficiently, please have your vehicles out of the way, and cleanup any debris on the ground around the dumpster. The driver will only clean up small amounts under the bin after it is picked up.
The disposal bin will then be tarped over to prevent waste from flying out while travelling. This is why waste cannot be loaded higher than the walls of your dumpster. The load will be taken to the landfill or recycling centre for proper disposal. Once we have the total weight from the landfill, you will receive your final billing.
A Further Note on Delivery and Pickup Dates
When placing a booking for your dumpster, the delivery date and pickup date will need to be chosen. By default, your bin rental will be a maximum of 7 days. We do not set delivery appointments as we do not need anyone to be home to deliver the bin to your location. Your delivery can occur at any time on the delivery day. The pickup will occur at any time on the pickup date. If you need your disposal bin by a certain time in the morning or afternoon, please book the delivery of your dumpster for the day prior.
